ABOUT THE AUTHOR KEVIN WARWOOD The author is a long term proponent of public speaking and the better people it creates.  Kevin Warwood is the Founder of Young Speakers Inc. (www.youngspeakers.org).   He started the Not for Profit incorporated society in 2007, with the aim to provide speaking and leadership opportunities for young people up to 17 years old.  He is also a Past National President of Toastmasters New Zealand.  As the National President for Toastmasters NZ for 2005/2006, he was responsible for 4,600 members across NZ with 60 direct reports.  He has been the National Marketing Manager and the National Education Manager.  He has been a Club President twice, Area Manager twice and has taken the Auckland Division to the highest award possible, twice.  Warwood also ran a number of Toastmasters Youth Leadership courses.
